Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • •A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking cost is required at the time of booking.
  • •We require a minimum of 5 days' notice for cancellation. If less than 5 days' notice is given, the total reservation price will be charged.
  • •The remaining balance is payable on arrival.
  • •We accept payment by cash, debit card, or credit card.

No Smoking Policy

Sunny Lodge Guest House is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building, including all bedrooms and communal areas. A £50 fine will be charged if evidence of smoking is found in your room. Guests may smoke outside in designated areas only.

Pet Policy

  • •We welcome well-behaved pets at Sunny Lodge.
  • •Pets are charged at £10 per pet per day.
  • •Pets must not be left unattended in bedrooms.
  • •Please inform us at the time of booking if you intend to bring a pet.

Check-in & Check-out

  • •Check-in is from 2:00 PM. Early check-in may be available on request.
  • •Check-out is by 10:30 AM.
  • •Guests are provided with their own keys for 24-hour access.

Damage & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest. Sunny Lodge Guest House accepts no liability for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings during their stay.
